1. About This Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Edge Agentic Limited ("we", "us", "our") collects, why, and what your rights are, if you visit edgeagentic.co.uk, get in touch with us, refer someone to us, or become a client.
This policy covers data we hold as a business in our own right. If we build and operate a bespoke AI System for you and that System processes your own customers' data, that's a separate relationship — you are the data controller for that data, and it's covered by Section 7 of our Terms of Service (edgeagentic.co.uk/legal/terms), not by this document.
2. Who We Are
Edge Agentic Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (Companies House 17163199), and registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller (ZC134801). We are the "controller" of the personal data described in this policy — the organisation that decides why and how it's processed.

3. What Personal Data We Collect

We don't collect any of this passively or invisibly — every route above involves you actively telling us something, filling in a form, or messaging us.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
As of the effective date above, edgeagentic.co.uk does not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. We don't use Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel, or any similar tool on this website.
The only cookies in use are strictly necessary session cookies, used to keep you logged in to the password-protected areas of the site that existing clients use for project and support tools. These don't require your consent under UK cookie law, because they're essential to a service you've specifically asked to use.
If that changes in future — for example, if we start running analytics to see how our own advertising performs — we'll add a cookie banner and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set, and we'll update this section first.
5. How We Use Your Data and Our Legal Basis
Under UK GDPR, we need a lawful basis for everything we do with personal data:

We don't use automated decision-making or profiling that has a legal or similarly significant effect on you.
6. Who We Share It With
We use a small number of other companies to run our business, each acting on our instructions:

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
7. How Long We Keep It

8. Where Your Data Is Held
We keep the data covered by this policy within the UK and the EU, primarily using Supabase's EU regions and Vercel's EU infrastructure. Meta and Stripe may process data outside the UK/EU as part of their own services; where they do, they rely on their own standard safeguards, described in their respective privacy policies.
9. Your Rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it, if it's wrong or incomplete
- Delete it, in certain circumstances
- Restrict how we use it
- Move it to another provider, in a portable format
- Object to us using it, including for marketing
- Withdraw consent, where consent is the basis we're relying on — this doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it
To exercise any of these, email architect@edgeagentic.co.uk. We'll respond within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or by phone on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put things right first, but it's your right to go to the ICO directly at any time.
10. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses, not individual consumers, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
11. Marketing
We only send you marketing about our services if you've actively opted in to receive it. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing architect@edgeagentic.co.uk or using the unsubscribe link in the email itself.
12. Keeping Your Data Secure
We restrict access to the systems holding your data to the people at Edge Agentic who need it to do their job, and to the infrastructure providers named in Section 6. Those providers encrypt data in transit and at rest as standard.
If a personal data breach affecting you ever occurs, we will notify you and, where required, the ICO, without undue delay.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time, most likely as we add new tools or services to the website. We'll update the version number and effective date at the top of this page when we do. You can view the current version at any time at edgeagentic.co.uk/legal/privacy.
