Hi, I'm Paul. I'm the founder of Edge Agentic.

I started Edge Agentic because my local friends and neighbours didn't quite know where to start with the explosion of AI that we're all seeing on a daily basis.

My background is unique. Over the last 15+ years, I've built production software systems for businesses across a range of industries, including data and technology leadership roles within banking.

After years of designing governed data platforms and AI strategies for global banks, I wanted to bring that knowledge and experience to ambitious, forward-thinking local businesses.

I have 20 advanced IBM AI and Data Science qualifications, as well as a degree in Mathematics and a Professional Chartered Accountancy Qualification.

I specialise in building custom Agentic AI systems (using technology like LangGraph and Python) and leverage Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ensure each solution works for my client's persona and acts as an autonomous, intelligent extension of their team.

My Approach

I take on a small number of clients, take the time to understand their operation in detail, and build systems that actually work — not prototypes, and not proofs-of-concept. I deliver production systems with measurable ROI.

I don't build technology for the sake of it, or because it will attract a few social media followers. I build systems focused on unit economics, operational efficiency and real P&L impact.

Edge Agentic is based in Chelmsford and focuses primarily on Essex businesses, though I work with clients across the South East where the right fit exists.
